If your Child is under 12 and less than 135cm (4’5”) you may be asked to provide an appropriate car seat restraint for their use.
If your child suffers a condition that could be problematic such as bed wetting, has special dietary needs, requires supervision to take medication or may have an allergic reaction to food, stings, antiseptic creams, sticky plasters paracetamol etc. Please ensure that you give details on the booking form. The adult in charge of this activity will assume that they have your permission to treat minor conditions and injuries using remedies such as those mentioned above.
Photographs taken during activities
During our activities, we often post photos to our messenger group “Parents Chat”. We may also upload photos to our Facebook page and our web site. This is primarily for our parents to see what we have been up to but also provides positive advertisement of our group. All images are compliant with the Scouting Associations safe surfing guide.
If you DO NOT want images of your child included in our posts, please speak to one of our leaders or use the contact us form on this website.
Note that we are not able to remove images from photos, but we can blur faces so that they are not recognisable.
Please ask to join our “Parents Chat” in advance of the activity. It is not always possible to add you once we are away.
How to book and pay for this activity
A booking form will be made available to those who express an interest, before the activity. We must recieve a completed booking form and full payment before a place can be allocated. Our Terms & Conditions apply to all activity's unless otherwise stated. Please do not use old booking forms. Please call in to see us with your form and cash or card payment.
Please remember all activities are first come first served unless otherwise stated.
